    Jarron Springer

    Chief Executive Officer

    Jarron, who joined the staff in February 2014, is a rare Middle Tennessee native. He attended Battle Ground Academy and has a degree in Communications & Public Relations from the University of Alabama. He holds a JD from the Nashville School of Law and is also a Certified Association Executive (CAE), the highest designation in the association industry provided by the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). Jarron is married to Jennie Rebecca. He is the youngest of three boys and is also a father of three boys, Battle, Hayes and Gray.

    When he's not running the association, you'll find him running long distances on trails and roads. He has completed over 15 full marathons and several ultra marathons. He also enjoys spending time in Percy Warner Park and snow skiing. Most of all he savors spending time with his boys and watching them grow up. 

    Superpower He'd Like to Have: Empathy
    "I along with many others in this world strive to fully comprehend the moods and emotions of others so we can help and support. Some are better than others at empathy, but I’m not sure it is humanly possible to be fully empathetic. It’s a superpower and one I wish I had."

    Jarron actually expresses empathy regularly in his role as CEO as he works alongside the board and members to best understand how the association can best serve them.

    Julie is an Alabama girl through and through. Born and raised in South Alabama, she has a Public Relations Degree from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!). She moved to Nashville and joined the staff (for the first time) in 1999. She now resides in Franklin with her son, Caleb. Along with football, Julie is an avid Nashville Predators fan. When she's not promoting Greater Nashville REALTORS® and the Realtor® brand, Julie enjoys exercising, reading, writing and being involved with her church, Cross Point Church. She is also the office techie and self-proclaimed in-office Apple Genius.

    Lonnie Haber

    Accounting & Systems Manager

    Lonnie has been a staple staff member since 1999. His journey to Nashville includes his home state of Iowa (Go Hawkeyes!) and Florida (Go Seminoles!). Nowadays (Go Commodores!) he resides in Hendersonville with his wife, Melissa, and their two children, Taylor and Ethan. 

    When he's not working hard on the numbers and budget at GNAR, Lonnie enjoys sleeping and spending time with his family. He spends a lot of free time keeping up with his children, both of whom are very active in sports, drama and music. 

    Superpower He'd Like to Have: Flying
    "If I could have a super power it would be flying like superman. This would allow me to fly to my destination and not waste time sitting in standstill traffic. Plus, I’m sure I would look good in tights (make that Spanx)."

    Lonnie regularly flies through the office, accounting for all things numerical as well as checking for burned out light bulbs and ornery computer systems.

    Alison Hendrickson

    Alison, who joined the staff in May 2016, is originally from a small farm town in Southern Indiana. She has three older brothers and absolutely loves being an aunt! She attended Murray State University (Go Racers!) and obtained a degree in marketing.  She is very involved at Cross Point Community Church, loves the outdoors, and is an avid traveler. When she is not planning a GNAR event you can find her out and about trying new and fun restaurants in town!

    Jamie Hoppe

    Operations Director

    Jamie, who joined the staff in July 2016, is a Southern girl with a big world view.  She has traveled to many countries to experience and share in different cultures and meet new people.  She most recently spent two years living abroad in London, England, with her husband, Matt, and son, Jackson.  She looks forward to using her past real estate experience here in her role at the association. She attends Brentwood Baptist Church and loves assisting and serving through their mission’s programs there.

    Superpower She'd Like to Have: Flying
    "I love to travel and see the world!  If I could fly, I could go wherever I want, whenever I want!"

    Jamie actually does some flying in her role as office manager. She assists CEO Jarron Springer, manages the office and assists the board of directors and the Dickson Chapter, as well as serving as the liaison to several committees. Needless to say, she's constantly flying from one task to the next.

    Membership Director

    Jenny, who hails from the midwest town of  Havana, IL, joined the staff in 2011 as the Membership Assistant. She is the oldest of three girls and moved to Nashville in 2001. She holds a BA from Western Illinois University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She is married to her college sweetheart, Steve. The two have two daughters of their own, Katie and Anna, and now reside in Franklin. 

    In her spare time, Jenny enjoys reading, taking on home remodeling/improvement projects and baking. In fact, Jenny makes the best homemade chocolate chip cookies you have ever eaten.

    Jenny actually displays super speed everyday as she takes calls from members, processes numerous applications membership and  works with new members.

    Education/Membership Assistant & Realtor Store Manager

    Miriam is an Alabama native and a graduate of Birmingham-Southern College. She moved from Birmingham to Nashville in 2004 and joined the staff in 2005. She and her husband Ron reside in Mt. Juliet with their two daughters, Evan and Morgan . When she's not at the association, Miriam helps her husband with his BBQ Sauce business (shameless plug for Ron Reed's Signature BBQ Sauce), ferries her daughters to band and track practice, and steals any remaining moments to read or write. While technically her job is to support the Education and Membership Departments, she is also the unofficial comedian on staff. 

    Superpower She'd Like to Have: Freeze Time
    "I'd like to be able to slow time down so my daughters will not grow up so fast."

    Miriam actually does a great job of slowing time down. As the only part-time member of the staff, she gets more done in the day than most can in a full day!

    Robin Roberts

    Robin was born and raised in northeast Ohio and attended Kent State University. She is mom to three children and grandmother to two, Riley and Ella. In search of warmer weather, Robin and her family moved to the Grand Strand area of South Carolina in 2004. In 2011, she made the move to Nashville to be closer to her son who was in the 101st Airborne and her grandaughter, Ella. Robin takes great pride and integrity  in her 18-year marketing career, including her work for the Ohio Regional Chamber of Commerce and Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS®.  

    In her free time, Robin supports the needs of soldiers through programs such as Soldiers Without Families, the Wounded Warrior Foundation and RawIraq.com. She enjoys jazz and country music, watercolor painting and, most of all, spending time with her grandchildren.

    You'd never know Robin doesn't get it all done. She is constantly on the go, meeting with potential sponsors and bringing on new affiate members to the association.

    Donna Wood

    Education Manager

    If you look up Texas original in the dictionary, you would find Donna's picture there. A true Lone Star State girl, Donna rooted herself along with her son and daughter in Tennessee in 1978.  Donna is the staff member with the longest time at the association, joining the staff in 1999 as the receptionist before her more current role in the Education Department. Donna, who now considers herself part Texan and part Tennessean, has graduated from parent to grandparent and enjoys the luxury of spoiling her five grandsons. When not wishing for a granddaughter, Donna spends her leisure time enjoying the cooler seasons of Tennessee, a little cooking, traveling and outdoor fun. She also wins the staff award for best breakfast pastry!

    Donna actually is a great master motivator. She encourages many Realtors® in their education journey, helping them to learn more and achieve designations which maximize their business.

    Originally from Kentucky, Angela was raised right here in Tennessee. She currently lives in Murfreesboro with her son and daughter. She is a member of LifePoint Church. When she's not assisting members and guests at the association, Angela enjoys kayaking, camping and spending time with her family and friends.

    Superpower She'd Like to Have:  Superhuman Endurance
    "With a little more endurance I could fit everything into my day and still be able to sit down and watch a movie at night without falling asleep."

    Angela actually exhibits quite a bit of endurance as she multi-tasks answering the phone, greeting guests, assiting the staff and customers in the Realtor Store.
