    Scott Abernathy

    Scott Abernathy, GRI, RMP, has two decades of property management experience. He is past president the Nashville Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Scott holds the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) and Residential Management Professional (RMP) designations. Scott manages more than 200 properties throughout Rutherford County.

    Bruce Aydt

    Bruce H. Aydt, DSA, ABR, CRB, GRN, SRS, is a REALTOR®, attorney and educator from St. Louis, Missouri.  As a second generation REALTOR®, Bruce grew up in the real estate business and has worked in virtually every aspect of real estate companies. Bruce has been in management, as well as in-house legal counsel to companies for over 30 years.

    Bruce has been involved in REALTOR® Association work throughout his career.  He has served in leadership roles as president of both the Missouri Association of REALTORS® and the St. Louis Association of REALTORS®. Bruce has been part of the National Association’s Enlarged Leadership Team three times, has chaired the NAR Professional Standards Committee, Legal Action Committee and State Leadership Forum and received the National Association’s Distinguished Service Award.  He is a nationally recognized educator on real estate issues and is one of the three co-trainers for the NAR Mediation Training Seminar. Bruce is also the regular columnist on ethics issues for REALTOR® Magazine.  He lives in St. Louis, Missouri with his wife, Lisa and has two grown children.

    Waddell Wright has expertise in land acquisition, analysis, entitlement, development, construction, leasing and exit strategies for commercial, residential and mixed use properties. He has been a licensed real estate professional for 20 years, a licensed broker in both Tennessee and Florida. 

    Waddell holds the designation of a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a Certified Property Manager (CPM), and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) among others. He is president of the Nashville IREM Chapter (Institute of Real Estate Management) and sits nationally on the IREM Governing Council.
