The Commercial Committee of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors® was formed to specifically address the needs of licensed real estate professionals who are actively engaged in the sale and/or lease of commercial and investment property.  This includes industrial, retail and office properties, apartment and condominiums, real estate securities, hotels/motels, and land designated for commercial development.

The Commercial Committee is based on three primary goals:

• Uniting commercial real estate practitioners
• Fostering knowledge, education, integrity and quality in the commercial real estate industry
• Exchanging information related to the field of commercial and investment real estate brokerage
