The Greater Nashville Association of Realtors offers a variety of education products for busy professionals to gain real estate skills and education with no required in-class hours. Distance learning provides effective instruction for students who prefer a more independent approach to learning.

All courses are approved by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) for Continuing Education credit. Courses also approved by the Tennessee Auctioneer Commission are listed in the "Paper and Pencil" section. Easy to use, only minimal computer skills needed.
