What is a Local Political Coordinator?

Legislative advocacy is a primary strategic initiative of Greater Nashville REALTORS®. To further strengthen and maintain the association's legislative grassroots network and to continue to build relationships with elected officials within our service area, the Local Political Coordinator (LPC) Program was created in 2013.

LPC's are expected to respond to Calls for Action (local, state and national), advocate on behalf of the REALTOR® Party and all REALTORS®, participate in training as needed, invest in Greater Nashville REALTORS® PAC/RPAC, communicate with their assigned elected official no less than four times per year, deliver Greater Nashville REALTORS® PAC/RPAC checks in a timely manner and submit a field report after each interaction.
