Thank you to the following GNAR members for investing in the Realtor Party (through RPAC/GNARPAC). Political financial support is critical to the legislative efforts of GNAR and the Realtor Party.

Contributions are used to support candidates who share our philosophy on real estate and private property rights issues and allow us access to government officials at every level of government. These contributions will continue to support Pro-Realtor elected local officials and candidates, educate GNAR members on legislative activities and address key issues throughout our service area. Contributions are not deductible for income tax purposes. Contributions to GNARPAC are voluntary and are used for political purposes. The amount suggested is merely a guideline and you may contribute more or less than the suggested amount. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal and the National Association of REALTORS® or any of its state associations and local boards will not favor or disfavor any member because of the amount contributed. The GNARPAC Trustees will determine annually an amount which will be forwarded to the State PAC. The amount for the 2012 RPAC giving year is $44,000.

GNARPAC will retain all contributions received about that amount for use in the Middle Tennessee region; exceptions will be made in the case of “Major Donors.” Of the funds forwarded to the State PAC, 70% of each contribution is used by your State PAC to support state and local candidates. Until your State PAC reaches its RPAC goal, 30% is sent to National RPAC to support federal candidates and it charged against your limits under 2 U.S.C. 441a; after the State PAC reaches its RPAC goal it may elect to retain your entire contribution for use in supporting state and local candidates.
